Here’s how to delete your Instagram account. To permanently delete your account, you’ll need to use a desktop or sign in on a mobile web browser. Log in to your account. Once you’re logged in, go to the account-deletion page linked in the description below.
From the drop-down menu at the bottom of the screen, choose your reason for deleting your account. You can also select “Something else.” You’ll be prompted to reenter your password. Now hit “Permanently delete account.” And you’re done.
